By using this website or registering for EAMC 2026, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Congress
EAMC 2026 is organised by the Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and takes place 11–13 December 2026 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
3. Registration & eligibility
Registration is primarily intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, students and related stakeholders. You agree to provide accurate information. Free passes are subject to registration and seating capacity.
4. Passes & payment
Free, Student/Trainee, CME, Workshop and VIP/Majlis passes are offered as described on the website. Paid passes are subject to the fees stated at the time of registration and to our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Programme changes
The programme, faculty, dates and venue are subject to change. We will communicate material changes via the website and registered-delegate email.
6. Abstracts & intellectual property
Authors retain rights to their submitted work. Accepted abstracts are published in the conference proceedings (ISBN; Crossref DOI per abstract); full papers, where elected, are published open access under CC BY 4.0 in an Emirates Scholar journal. By submitting, you grant the necessary rights to publish and index your accepted contribution.
7. Photography & recording
Sessions and activities may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotion. By attending you consent to such capture; contact us regarding any concern.
8. CME accreditation
CME hours are offered as accredited per the stated accrediting body. Certification is subject to attendance and any applicable requirements.
9. Code of conduct
Delegates and partners agree to act respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke participation for conduct that compromises the safety, dignity or integrity of the Congress.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emirates Scholar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance, save where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable jurisdiction of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
